Users on the "Basic" plan of ebixPRO can only add the "Increase Store Traffic" sales ecosystem and are limited to generating two ecosystems.
Users on the "Advanced" and "Professional" plans of ebixPRO can add both "Increase Store Traffic" and "Grow Customer Base" sales ecosystems without limitations on the number of ecosystems they can generate.

Note: Users on the "Basic" plan can qualify for a 30-day free trial of the "Professional" plan by participating in ebixPRO's "One-on-One Free Consultation Service" and completing specified actions.
Products within the same sales ecosystem category cannot be duplicated.
Each sales ecosystem serves only one product.
Basic plan users cannot create promotional campaigns; they need to upgrade their plan or participate in the "One-on-One Free Consultation Service" to qualify for the "Professional" plan upgrade.
1. Increasing Customer Base Ecosystem
Click on the "Sales Ecosystem" in the top right corner of the page.
Click on "Start Now" to begin the sales ecosystem aimed at increasing the customer base.
Before adding this ecosystem, if the referral program isn't enabled, clicking on "Start Now" will prompt to activate the referral program. Once activated, you can proceed with the addition as usual.
Note: If the flagship product is created through the "Increase Store Traffic" ecosystem > "After Purchase" and a referral program has been set up, directly proceeding to Step Three "Notification" bypasses the need for Steps One and Two configurations.
2. Selecting Products
Choose a flagship product from the drop-down menu of a store.
Select the platform to generate a fast-buy link and share it on your social media platforms.
Options include Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others.
Expand the steps for using the quick purchase link on Facebook/Instagram by clicking "More."
3. Referral Program
Choose to add either "Referral Points Reward" or "Referral Coupon Code Reward" > Select "Points Reward" or "Coupon Code Reward" > Click "Add" to commence the respective referral program.
Note: Once you click "Add" for the same type of points program, it cannot be modified afterward.
Click on the corresponding "More" to expand the annotations for the respective referral program.
4. Referral Program - Earning Points by Referring Friends
Content required for setting up the points-based reward：
Status: System default - enabled.
Rule Name: Mandatory field.
Points Earned by Referrer: Mandatory field; enter the points value.
Points Earned by Referee: Mandatory field; enter the points value.
Benefit Outcome: Referring a friend who visits the product quick link and completes registration earns a reward for their next purchase.
Content required for setting up coupon-based rewards：
Status: System default - enabled.
Rule Name: Mandatory field.
Referrer Reward - Coupon Code: Mandatory field.
Referrer Reward - Coupon Value: Choose between "Cash ($)" or "Discount (%)"; enter the corresponding value.
Referee Reward - Coupon Code: Click "+" to add a coupon code. Choose between "Fixed Code" or "Random Code"; the system has simplified the entry process, so users only need to follow on-screen prompts.
Referee Reward - Coupon Value: Choose between "Cash ($)" or "Discount (%)"; enter the corresponding value.
You can choose previously added 'coupon' type recommendation rules and edit them afterward.
5. Referral Program - Reward for Referral's First Purchase
Content required for setting up the points-based reward：
Status: System default - enabled.
Rule Name: Mandatory field.
Condition: Optional - choose between "Unconditional" or "Order exceeds minimum amount" (this option requires the corresponding minimum purchase value).
Points Earned by Referrer: Mandatory field; enter the points value.
Points Earned by Referee: Mandatory field; enter the points value.
Benefit Outcome: For instance, when your friend meets the following conditions
, you earn 100 points, and they also receive a similar benefit of 100 points on their first purchase!
Reward for First Successful Purchase with Coupon Code：
Status: System default - enabled.
Rule Name: Mandatory field.
Condition: Optional - choose between "Unconditional" or "Order exceeds minimum amount" (this option requires entering the corresponding minimum purchase value).
Reward for Referrer - Coupon Code: Mandatory field.
Reward for Referrer - Coupon Amount: Choose either "Cash ($)" or "Discount (%)", and specify the corresponding value.
Reward for Referee - Coupon Code: Click on "+" to add a new coupon code. You can choose between "Fixed Code" or "Random Code". The system has simplified the process for adding new codes, prompting users to fill in the necessary details as per the page instructions.
Reward for Referee - Coupon Amount: Choose either "Cash ($)" or "Discount (%)", and specify the corresponding value.
You can select previously added "Discount Code" type referral rules and edit them if necessary.
6. Notification
Utilize multiple channels to notify both existing and newly registered customers about referral rewards for maximum impact.
Available channels include: App Push, SMS, Email.
Set scheduled sending time: Notifications will be automatically dispatched to customers based on scheduled days. (Enter "0" for immediate dispatch).
Choose "New Registration" and input the sending days, meaning X days after new registration.
Choose "First Purchase" and input the sending days, indicating X days after the first purchase.
7. Irresistible Offers
Create promotional campaigns for the selected flagship product. If no campaign creation is needed, simply click "Next".
Click on "More" to explore system recommendations for creating different promotional campaigns based on various situations.
Click "Create" to start creating a "Promotional Campaign." You can choose between "Discount Offer" or "Discount Code" and complete the setup for the next step.
Check "I don't currently need to create a promotional campaign" to skip this step.
Information: Refreshing the page will display all promotional campaign details for that product, including added promotional campaigns from other ecosystems.
8. Unable to resist offers - Discount Offer
You can add the following discount offers to your flagship product:
Special Price (system default enabled): Enter the special price amount.
First Order Discount (system default disabled): When enabled, fill in the minimum purchase amount and the discount amount/percentage. This discount will be applied after the "Special Price" discount.
Free Shipping (system default disabled): When enabled, fill in the minimum purchase quantity.
Designated Product Gift (system default disabled): When enabled, fill in the minimum purchase quantity and select the gift.
9. Unable to resist offers - Discount Codes
You can add the following discount codes for your flagship product:
Special Price (system default enabled): Enter the special price amount.
Discount Code (system default disabled): When enabled, fill in the minimum purchase quantity, select the discount code (can be added), and enter the discount amount/percentage.
For detailed steps on adding discount codes, please refer to the "Discount Codes" section.
Free Shipping (system default disabled): When enabled, fill in the minimum purchase quantity.
Designated Product Gift (system default disabled): When enabled, fill in the minimum purchase quantity and select the gift.
10. Before Publishing
Prior to publishing: Merchants assess the display effectiveness of all promotional offers from a consumer's perspective.
Information: Displays all promotional content created for the flagship product within this ecosystem.
Click "Test": Redirects to a simulated frontend page, allowing you to check the configured promotional offers as guided.
"Complete": Triggers the notification sending function.
