Loyalty Program
1. "Loyalty Program" → Click "Enable" (Customers can earn points through the system's point rules when making purchases) or click "Disable" (No points will be awarded during customer purchases) → Optionally select "Refunds allowed only in points" (If selected, refunds can only be issued in the form of points).
2. If "Refunds allowed only in points" is not selected, the following scenarios occur when customers request refunds or returns:
For orders paid in full with cash, the amount will be refunded to the customer.
For orders paid in full with points, the deducted points will be refunded to the customer.
For orders paid with a combination of cash and points, the amount will be converted into points along with the deducted points and refunded to the customer (no cash refund will be given).
Points earned from already received orders need to be refunded to the merchant when a refund occurs.
3. When a customer requests a refund, the shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable. Therefore, there may be inconsistencies between the points earned by the customer and the points refunded.
4. "Rewards" (Earning Points) → Can be selected as "Applicable to all members" or "Different rules for membership levels" → Set "Earn Points," "Reward Expiry," "Points Allocation Date" → Click (Update) to save the updated content, similar to the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
5. "Point Redemption" (Redeeming Points for Cash) → Can be selected as "Applicable to all members" or "Different rules for membership levels" → Set "Redeem for Cash," "Maximum Redemption Discount per Order" → Click (Update) to save the updated content, similar to the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
