Membership Tier

1. Click on "Loyalty Program" or click on "Customer Management" → Click on "Membership Tier" → You can view the customer's relevant membership points.


2. To set up a new member tier, click on "Add Member Tier" in the right sidebar input field. Fill in the "Member Tier Name" to create a name for the member tier.
 


3. Set up "Member Upgrade Rules" (member levels must be added first before proceeding) → Select "Member Upgrade" (required), options include "Accumulated Purchase" or "Single Purchase" → After setting up the content for the selected option, click "Save" to save. 



Note:

The default member level for newly registered companies is set as "Registered Member."

The membership level for all newly registered customers will be automatically set to the lowest level.
