Membership Point
1. Click on "Loyalty Program" or click on "Customer Management" → Click on "Membership Points" → You can view the customer's relevant membership points.
2. You can adjust the membership points by clicking on "Points Manual Adjustment" from the right sidebar.
3. To increase or decrease the points for a customer, enter the total points to be added or subtracted in the "Points Total to be added or deducted" field. Provide a reason for the increase or decrease in points in the designated field.
4. You can open the log of points adjustments by clicking on "Logs" under the right sidebar. Here, you can view a clear record of all the points additions and deductions.
