Users on the "Basic" plan of ebixPRO can only add the "Increase Store Traffic" sales ecosystem and are limited to generating two ecosystems.
Users on the "Advanced" and "Professional" plans of ebixPRO can add both "Increase Store Traffic" and "Grow Customer Base" sales ecosystems without limitations on the number of ecosystems they can generate.

Note: Users on the "Basic" plan can qualify for a 30-day free trial of the "Professional" plan by participating in ebixPRO's "One-on-One Free Consultation Service" and completing specified actions.
Products within the same sales ecosystem category cannot be duplicated.
Each sales ecosystem serves only one product.
Basic plan users cannot create promotional campaigns; they need to upgrade their plan or participate in the "One-on-One Free Consultation Service" to qualify for the "Professional" plan upgrade.
1. Sales Ecosystem for Increasing Online Store Traffic
Click on "Sales Ecosystem" in the top right corner of the page.
Click on "Get Started Now" to initiate the Sales Ecosystem for increasing online store traffic.
When entering the Sales Ecosystem without having previously 'Published' the online store, a prompt will appear. Click 'Publish Store Now' to dismiss the prompt.
2. Selecting Products
Choose a flagship product from the dropdown menu of your online store.
Select the platform for generating quick purchase links and paste the generated link onto your social media platform.
Options include Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others.
Click on 'More' to expand the steps for using the Quick Purchase Link on Facebook/Instagram.
3. Engaging Videos
For detailed instructions on how to create, steps one and two, click on "More".
Below the page, there are available short video templates for reference.
Step 1
Record a 15-second short video highlighting the key selling points of the product. Users need to shoot this offline.
Step 2
Use Adobe Free Video Cropper to adjust the size of your video ad to 9:16 (1920 x 1080 pixels). Users need to adjust this offline.
Step 3
Upload the promotional video of the product. Click on 'More' > Click on '+' > Choose the prepared short video for upload > Click on 'Next'.
ebixPRO customer service will review the video and provide optimization suggestions.
4. Irresistible Offers
Create a promotional campaign for the selected flagship product. Click on 'More' to expand system suggestions for creating different promotional campaigns based on various scenarios.
Click on 'Create' to start setting up the 'Promotional Campaign.' Choose between 'Discount Offer' or 'Promo Code' > Complete the setup > Proceed to the next step.
Selecting "I don't need to create a promotional campaign at the moment" allows you to skip this step.
Note: For Basic plan users or those not enrolled in the "Free 1-on-1 Consultation" service, this option is automatically selected and cannot be modified, hence unable to create promotional campaigns.
Information: Refreshing the page will display all current promotional activities for the product, including promotional details added in other ecosystems.
5. Irresistible Offers - Discount Offer

You can add the following discount offers for the flagship product:
Special Price (Enabled by default): Enter the special price amount.
First Order Discount (Not enabled by default): Once enabled, specify the minimum purchase amount and discount amount/percentage. This discount is applied after the "Special Price" discount.
Free Shipping (Not enabled by default): Once enabled, specify the qualifying purchase quantity.
Offer Freebies for Specific Products (Not enabled by default): Once enabled, specify the qualifying purchase quantity and select the gift item.
6. Irresistible Offers - Coupon Codes

You can add the following coupon codes for the flagship product:
Special Price (Enabled by default): Enter the special price amount.
Coupon Code (Not enabled by default): Once enabled, specify the minimum purchase amount, choose an existing or add a new coupon code, and input the discount amount/percentage.

Free Shipping (Not enabled by default): Once enabled, specify the qualifying purchase quantity.
Offer Freebies for Specific Products (Not enabled by default): Once enabled, specify the qualifying purchase quantity and select the gift item.
7. Pre-Publish
Before publishing: Merchants test the display effects of promotional offers from a consumer's perspective.
Information: Displays all content related to the flagship product's created ecosystem.
Click "Test": Redirects to a simulated front-end page. Following the prompts, users can verify the setup of promotional offers.

8. Share it
Free Sharing Platforms:
Paid Advertising Platforms:
Currently, only FB Stories are available in the system for both free sharing and paid advertising. Other platforms redirect to their respective official pages.
Users need to activate the "Promotion Campaign" feature and set up "Social Media Integration" > "Promotional Ads" > "Facebook" before using it. Click on "FB Stories" to set it up instantly within the system.
9. Share It - Free Sharing
Share the "Product Quick Purchase Link" on FB Stories, Carousell, TikTok, and access additional instructions by clicking "More."
For free sharing on FB Stories, create a Facebook post within the system by configuring:
Enable Platform Type.
Status: Enabled by default.
Content: Add a title, location, and any desired tags or emojis in the post.
Post Image/Video: Click on "+" to select an image adhering to the specified dimensions or select "Video" to paste a link from a third-party video source.
Click the "Publish Now" button to post your content on Facebook.

10. Share It - Paid Ads
Enable pay-per-click advertising on the platform for targeted audiences. Additional platforms available for paid advertising include "FB Stories, IG Stories, Google Display." Click 'More' to expand platform-specific fee information.
FB Stories - Choose existing paid advertisements: All promotional campaigns previously set up through Facebook within the "Promotions Campaign Management" can be selected. Once chosen, edit the ad by clicking "Edit Paid Advertisement.
FB Stories - Add new paid advertisements: Create Facebook paid advertisements within the system. Click "Add New Paid Advertisement" to initiate the Facebook Market Campaign Setup page.
Enable Status: Combine product targeting settings such as Audience targeting, Segmented targeting, Campaign Budget, etc. > Next, proceed to set up message templates.

Template for Ad Setup: Enable Status.
Template Name: Required.
Name: Required.
Description: Required.
Post Image/Video: Click "+" to select "Image" and upload an image according to the page's size prompts, then click "Insert Image." Alternatively, select "Video" to paste a video link from a third-party source, then click "Insert Video.
Click the "Publish Now" button to publish your post on Facebook.

11. After Purchase
After purchase marks the beginning of another stage: precision remarketing.
Click "Complete" to finish creating the sales ecosystem for increased store traffic.
Click "Create" to initiate the creation of a referral program for earning points by recommending friends and receiving rewards for the first recommended purchase, effectively doubling your customer base and sales revenue.
Note: The settings for the created referral program correspond to Step 2, "Referral Plan," in the "Increase Customer Count" ecosystem.
Upon completion of the referral plan creation under "Increase Store Traffic," the system will directly transition to Step 3, "Notifications," in the "Increase Customer Count" ecosystem.
